All User Account registration and profile information is truthful and accurate and that any User Content you provide is your own and does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other proprietorial rights of a third party.
Part I — Terms for All Users
Welcome to A‑ListFans.com (the “Platform”), operated by RealFans LLC (“A‑ListFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and A‑ListFans. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration and Security. You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must promptly update your information so it remains accurate. You may not share your account or use another user’s account without permission.
Content Rules (No Nudity or Sexually Explicit Material). A‑ListFans is a fan‑engagement platform that does not allow nudity or sexually explicit material of any kind. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, request, or solicit such content. Content involving minors, exploitation, non‑consensual acts, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Other Prohibited Conduct. You may not: (a) harass, threaten, or abuse others; (b) post or share content that is defamatory, hateful, or unlawful; (c) infringe intellectual‑property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) attempt to circumvent platform protections; (e) use bots or scraping tools without our permission; or (f) engage in fraud, spam, or any activity that harms the Platform or its users.
Changes to the Service and Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
Intellectual Property & Licenses
Your Ownership. Except for the license below, you retain ownership of content you post (“User Content”).
License to A‑ListFans. To operate and improve the Platform, you grant A‑ListFans a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform and our promotional uses. This license lasts for as long as your content is on the Platform and, for limited archival, legal, and backup purposes, for a reasonable period thereafter.
No Unlawful or Restricted Content. You must have all rights needed to post your content. Do not post anything that is prohibited by law or these Terms (including nudity or sexually explicit material).
Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Subscriptions. Fans may purchase monthly subscriptions to access a Creator’s content and features. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Fees and Payouts. We process payments via third‑party providers. Pricing, taxes, and applicable fees are shown at checkout. Creators’ earnings are paid out pursuant to our payout policies. (Current standard split: Creators receive 80% of net revenue; A‑ListFans retains 20% to cover platform and processing costs.) Payout schedules and minimum thresholds may apply.
Non‑Refundable. Except where required by law, all purchases (including subscriptions, tips, and pay‑per‑view) are **non‑refundable**.
Chargebacks and Fraud. We may suspend access, reverse transactions, withhold or claw back payouts, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violations.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe harms users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including licenses granted for archival/legal purposes, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute‑resolution terms.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must not collect or attempt to collect personal information from other users except as permitted by the Platform and applicable law.
DMCA / IP Complaints
If you believe content infringes your rights, notify us with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your signature. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A‑LISTFANS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO A‑LISTFANS (IF YOU ARE A FAN) OR THE AMOUNT WE PAID YOU (IF YOU ARE A CREATOR) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Binding Arbitration; Class‑Action Waiver
You and A‑ListFans agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform through **binding arbitration** administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may seek relief in small‑claims court if your claim qualifies.
30‑Day Opt‑Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.
Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement; Updates. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.

Part II — Additional Terms for Fans
Purchases and Access. By purchasing a subscription, tip, or pay‑per‑view, you obtain a limited, personal, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to access the relevant Creator content on the Platform during the paid period.
No Redistribution. You may not copy, download, record, screen‑capture, distribute, or publicly display Creator content. You may not bypass paywalls or share access credentials.
Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply depending on your location. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.
Conduct. Interactions with Creators must be respectful and lawful. Do not request prohibited content (including nudity or sexually explicit material).
Part III — Additional Terms for Creators
Verification. You must complete our identity and age verification before monetizing content. You are responsible for all content you post and for complying with all laws.
Prohibited Content. Do not post nudity, sexually explicit material, or other prohibited content. Do not post content involving minors, exploitation, non‑consensual acts, or illegal activities.
Monetization and Payouts. You may monetize your content via subscriptions, tips, and pay‑per‑view. Standard revenue split: 80% Creator / 20% A‑ListFans (subject to processor fees and our payout policies). We may withhold or offset amounts due to chargebacks, fraud investigations, or legal requirements. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
License to A‑ListFans. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for Platform operation and promotion, as described above. You retain all ownership.
Content Takedowns; Enforcement. We may remove content or suspend payouts if we reasonably believe your content or conduct violates these Terms or applicable law.
